Oh my God, she realized she had become the center of these three shape-shifting cowboys’ universe. She had become their world. For a moment that knowledge scared her more than the three cocks that moved inside of her.

But it was okay because they were the center of her world, too. They were her family.

As the three men began to climax, her own orgasms tore through her and ripped her body apart. She let out a loud scream.

She fell asleep on top of Jason with Kyle and Luke to each side. It was the deepest sleep she’d ever had and she did not wake up once. Her dreams were of a sweet family.

The next Monday Arielle was back in Wolf Creek at her animal clinic. She thanked Dr. Adams for his time while she was away. She offered to pay him, but he refused and would listen to no argument.

The first day back was busy and hectic. It felt good to be back. Her time away had given her a new perspective, and she was ready to pitch in and work hard.

At noon when she had half an hour to herself, she called Natalie, the real estate agent, over. Natalie was all excited and saw a big commission with Arielle.

“So you finally decided to sell the clinic and move back home to St. Louis?” she asked Arielle.

Arielle gave her a smug smile. Arielle was full of smug smiles these days. She felt like a new person. Or more accurately, she felt like her old self. The person she had been before her life had gone off track. She brimmed with confidence as she talked with the aggressive real estate agent.

“No. I’m not selling the clinic,” she announced. “I’m selling my house in the country.”

“You’re moving to a new house in Wolf Creek?” Natalie was surprised.

“Actually I’m moving to a ranch up in Shifter Valley.”

“A ranch?” Natalie quizzed her.

“My boyfriends own a ranch up there. I’m moving in with them.”

Natalie looked shocked for a second. Then she recovered and seemed genuinely happy for Arielle. At least she would still make a commission.

That afternoon was more difficult. Arielle had debated with herself for days now what to say on this next phone call. She closed up the clinic for the day and sat in her office and regarded the phone on her desk. She finally picked up her courage and placed the call.

“Hello?” Bethany’s voice came over the phone.

“Hi, kid. It’s me,” Arielle greeted her.

She had kept in touch with Bethany periodically throughout her stay up at the ranch. But the whole time she had been vague as to what her purpose on the ranch was other than to take a vacation and get away from work for a couple of weeks. She had also let Bethany know about her relationship with Jason. The fact there were two other men in the relationship had never been brought up.

They discussed some sister business for the first ten minutes of the conversation. Then the talk whipped around to Arielle’s trip up to the ranch and to Jason. Bethany was all ears as she listened. Arielle cleared her throat and launched into a carefully prepared explanation.

“Things went good during my time up there,” she told Bethany. “In fact, I’ve decided to move in with Jason and his brothers, Kyle and Luke.”

Bethany became all nervous excitement over the phone and let out several loud hollers.

“I love Jason,” Arielle told her. “But it’s more complicated than that. I want you to promise me you’ll just go with me on this.”

“You know I always support whatever you do, Arielle.”

“I know you do. Our family has always been close that way. But, kid, I have a family of my own now.” Bethany was silent and waited for an explanation. Arielle forged ahead. She would have to tell Bethany everything. After she started she realized it was easier than she thought it would be. “You know that wolf I told you I hit with my car. That was Jason. He’s a shape-shifter. So are his brothers. They all have the ability to turn into the form of a wolf whenever they want to. They’re cowboys, and they own a ranch together up in a beautiful valley in the mountains.”

Gratefully Bethany was silent and allowed Arielle to explain fully. “Shape-shifters mate for life, but the men share a woman. They have a sixth sense that tells them when they first meet their mate that she is the one for them. Then they pursue that woman with all the forces of nature until she submits to them. That’s what happened with me and the Wildback brothers. I’m their mate. I’m going to live with them—all of them—on their ranch. The four of us are a family. I want you to support me on this, and I want you to help me with mom and dad when I break it to them.”

The sisters stayed on the phone and talked for the next two hours. Suddenly there was a lot to talk about. The important thing was that when it was all over, Arielle knew she had her sister’s unconditional love and support. Bethany even told her that after the baby was born that she and Adam would come out to Wyoming and visit her at the ranch. She wanted to meet the three shape-shifting cowboys for herself. As far as the part about the brothers’ power to turn into wolves, Arielle doubted that Bethany really believed her on that. Maybe she thought it was some kinky sex thing that they used to justify their ménage relationship. Oh, well, she would find out for herself when she visited next year. And the part about lending her support when Arielle talked with their mother and father was a no-brainer. Of course Bethany would help her with that. Eventually they would get their parents to come around. Maybe they would even visit the ranch one day and see for themselves what a beautiful life Arielle had made for herself out here.

That night Arielle made the one-hour commute back to the ranch. It gave her time to think and feel happy and grateful for all she had been given in life. The Wildback brothers waited for her when she used her key to open the front door of the house.

“How was work your first day back?” Jason asked her.

“Busy.”

She gave each man a kiss on the lips as she walked inside. They were all sweaty and grimy from a hard day on the ranch and had just gotten back themselves and not had time to shower yet.

“What’s for dinner tonight?” Kyle asked her.

“Go clean yourselves up, guys. The chef will have it ready by the time you come downstairs.”

Luke stayed behind a moment longer and gave her another hug. “This feels right,” he said.

“This feels like family,” she told him. Then she gave him a swat on his behind, and he went upstairs to take a shower.

Arielle smiled to herself. Her skills in the kitchen would finally come in handy, and she went out to get the family dinner started.
