As they continued to kiss, and their tongues slid around and explored one another, it became more passionate, and Blake heard a moan, although he couldn’t decipher whose. Ryan’s hands slowly ran up and down Blake’s chest and then around his shoulders, returning Blake’s embrace.

Blake reluctantly pulled away and lightly pressed his forehead against Ryan’s, trying to get his breathing back to normal and calm down his dick, which was determined to break through the zipper of his pants. As he glanced down into Ryan’s lap, he noticed that he was having the same effect on him. Seeing the outline of Ryan’s cock pressed against his jeans intensified Blake’s desire that much more. He fought the urge to pull Ryan into his lap and rub against him, but Blake wanted more than some stolen kisses and some intense groping from this precious man he held in his arms. Ryan deserved better, and Blake wanted to cherish him, not just treat him like a quick lay.

Blake slid his hands up to the back of Ryan’s head and softly kissed his lips again, before he slowly pulled apart. Ryan looked adorable. His lips were swollen from their kisses, his freckled cheeks had a very attractive flush to them, and his hair was sticking up even more than before. But it was those eyes that had him captivated. They were practically dilated with desire. “Oh baby, you’re killing me,” Blake managed to moan as he leaned over and took Ryan’s lips again in a quick, hard kiss. Then he pulled away, grabbed Ryan’s hands from around his neck, and held each one to his lips and kissed them softly.

“You better go. I don’t want you to, but if you don’t leave, we might do something that we both regret, and I don’t want that. I know that there’s something growing between us, and I want to explore that some more before we go any further tonight.,” he said as he clutched Ryan’s hands in his and rubbed his thumbs lightly across the top of Ryan’s hands, hoping that he wasn’t making a complete ass of himself by assuming that the endearing man before him would feel the same way.

When he looked up again and he saw the understanding smile that was on Ryan’s face, he breathed a sigh of relief.

“You’re right.”

“Can I pick you up after work? We could go to my house for dinner. I don’t cook much, but I can make a mean chicken spaghetti if I do say so myself. We could sit by the fire, watch a movie--whatever you want, just as long as you come over.” Blake kissed each of Ryan’s hands again.

“Are you kidding? I would love to come over. I don’t care what we do; just as long as we’re together, I’ll be happy.” Ryan beamed up at Blake. “Can you meet me in front of the store? Do you want me to bring anything?”

“Of course I can. And just bring yourself, that will be enough,” Blake answered, relief flowing through him. Not only did his elf understand why they had to stop, but he’d agreed to another date tomorrow night as well! This was definitely his lucky day.

“Okay, I’ll see you tomorrow night at seven.” Ryan gave him a quick kiss, and was out of the truck before Blake could stop him. Ryan walked quickly down the sidewalk to the door of his apartment, unlocked the door, and blew a kiss to Blake before he disappeared behind the closed door. Blake sat for a moment before he restarted the truck and drove off with a light heart and a huge smile on his face.

All
day long, Ryan remained in a great mood. The anticipation of seeing Blake again made his heart sing with joy. Even the hustle and bustle of working with disgruntled holiday shoppers didn’t bother him. He felt like he was floating on a wave of happiness, and Blake was his ocean.

Last night had been a dream come true for Ryan. Remembering the easy conversation, the loving touches, and those passionate kisses made Ryan flush with pleasure.

It seemed like eternity passed before seven o’clock arrived. Ryan clocked out, grabbed his duffle bag, and practically ran to the front door. His heart was beating rapidly within his chest from the anticipation of seeing Blake again.

Ryan ran out the door and looked around the parking lot. He saw a familiar old pickup truck pull up to the curb and slow down a few feet from where he was standing. Through the windshield, he could see Blake’s welcoming smile, and that brought a smile to his own face; he waved and walked quickly to the side of the truck. He opened the passenger door, sat his duffle bag on the floor, and hopped in.

Blake reached over, grabbed Ryan lightly by the back of the head, and gently coaxed him toward him. Ryan grinned just before their lips met in a sweet and welcoming kiss. As they began to pull away from one another, Ryan wrapped his arms around Blake’s neck and hugged him quickly before he sat back on his side of the truck and fastened his seatbelt.

Blake reached over and grabbed Ryan’s hand.

“Hi,” he said softly, rubbing his thumb lightly across the top of Ryan’s smaller hand. Ryan lightly squeezed Blake’s hand and giggled softly. “Hi, Handsome. I’ve been looking forward to this since we parted last night.”

Blake looked pleased. “Me too. How was your day today?” Blake asked as he pulled the truck out of the parking lot.

As Ryan started talking about his day, Blake took in his elf’s appearance. Once again, Ryan had those adorable reindeer antlers on his head, Ryan’s constant bouncing as he talked about his day causing them to jingle nonstop. Ryan was obviously as excited as Blake was about their date, which made Blake want to bounce in the seat with joy himself. It was even colder today than yesterday, and Blake was pleased to see that Ryan was wearing a heavier coat today instead of the light jacket he had been wearing the day before. He was glad to see his elf taking precautions to stay warmer again the freezing wind, even if it meant he had to wait and see what Ryan was wearing underneath it.

Time had dragged all day for Blake today. From the moment Ryan left his presence, Blake had felt a sense of loss. Now that Ryan was with him again, colors were brighter, his smile came easier and his heart felt lighter. “Do you have to work tomorrow?” he asked as he turned the truck onto the street and drove towards his house.

“Oh yeah, we had the choice of working Christmas Eve or the day after Christmas. I picked Christmas Eve because I don’t have any plans this year, and I didn’t want someone that has a family to have to work it instead,” Ryan answered, still clutching Blake’s hand as he gazed at all of the Christmas lights on the houses in Blake’s neighborhood.

“You have plans.”

Ryan looked at Blake and raised his eyebrow questioningly. “No, I really don’t. Most of my friends are going out of town, so I’ll be alone this year. It’s okay, though. I’m going to bake some Christmas cookies and watch
It’s a Wonderful Life
for the thousandth time. It’ll be totally fab.”

Blake shook his head. “No, Ryan. I want you to spend Christmas with me and my family. We’re celebrating at my sister’s house, so I know it’s going to be total chaos, but I want you with me. What do you say? Will you come with me?” Blake asked as he pulled his truck onto his driveway. He reluctantly slid his hand out of Ryan’s, put the truck in park, and turned it off. He turned his head toward Ryan and was stunned by the look of utter joy that was on his face.

“You want me to come with you to meet your family?”

Blake nodded and smiled at his sweet elf. “I know we just met, but I can’t imagine spending the holiday without you, baby. Will you come with me and meet my crazy family?”

Ryan bounced over to Blake, threw his arms around him, and proceeded to shower kisses all over his face.

Blake laughed, as he reached up and tenderly grabbed Ryan’s face to bring those delicious lips toward his. He pressed his lips to Ryan’s soft ones and gently kissed him, and then he pulled away and looked into those sparkling gemlike eyes. “I take that as a yes.”

“Yes! Yes! Yes! I would love to spend Christmas with you and your family! There’s nowhere else I would rather be than with you.” Ryan’s smile was so bright it could have lit up the North Pole.

“That’s great, because there’s nowhere else I would rather have you than standing right beside me.” Blake cupped Ryan’s face and looked deeply into those pretty eyes. He wanted to make sure that Ryan really understood how serious he was about him. As they gazed into each other’s eyes, an emotion deeper than happiness and a deeper emotion washed over both of them. Ryan brought his hands up to capture Blake’s wrists and gently rubbed his hands up and down his arms as he gave the bigger man a one more soft kiss on his lips.

“Come on, babe. Let’s get in the house. I have some chicken spaghetti to make, and you have some snooping around to do,” Blake laughed, hopping out of the truck and closing the door quickly behind him. Ryan was reaching for his duffle bag when his door opened, and the big man was standing there with a pleased smile on his face.

Damn, his man moved fast!

“Welcome to my home, sweet elf.” Those ocean blue eyes were lit up with excitement and some other emotion that Ryan couldn’t quite put his finger on. Blake reached over, grabbed the duffle bag out of his arms, and helped him out of the truck. He grabbed Ryan’s hand and led him to the house.

Blake’s
house had a rugged and welcoming charm to it. The outside was cedar and rock, and it had a front porch that extended from one side of the house to the other. There was an array of wooden furniture set precisely around the porch that gave it a warm and welcoming feel.

The inside was no different. As soon as they walked in the front door, they were in a big room with a nice cozy fireplace to the left and an unadorned Christmas tree in the corner. There was soft, plush furniture in warm, rich tones that gave the impression of comfort as well as a masculine style. Everything from the walls to the carpet spoke of warmth, and it all had a distinct lived-in feel about it. Ryan immediately thought that Blake’s house was a perfect extension of Blake: big, warm and comforting. Just like the owner himself.

Blake set the duffle bag beside the huge couch and started shrugging off his leather jacket. He watched Ryan with touch of anxiety. It was important to him that Ryan like his house. He planned on Ryan spending a lot of time here, so it was essential to him that Ryan felt comfortable.

Ryan was walking around gazing at some of his family’s pictures on the wall, with a relaxed and open look on his elfin face. He heard bells again, and reached up and took off his jingling antlers as looked over at Blake with a sheepish look on his face.

“I keep forgetting to take these off,” he said as he walked over to where Blake was standing, set the antlers lightly on his duffle bag, and then started to shrug out of his own coat. Blake’s eyes travelled over Ryan’s tight little body as he revealed what he wore under his overly large coat.

Ryan had a tight red long sleeved T-shirt that read, “Wanna kiss? Meet me under the mistletoe in five minutes or less.” Blake took Ryan’s coat for him, carried it over to the hall closet, and hung it up, along with his own.

Blake looked over at Ryan, who was watching him with his dark green eyes. “I’ll get supper started after I get a fire going.”

Ryan shook his head and waved him off, grinning up at him as he approached the taller man. “No. I can get the fire started, you go ahead and start supper and I’ll join you as soon as I get it going.”

Blake stopped directly in front of Ryan and leaned down and gave him a quick peck on his sweet lips. “Are you sure? I don’t mind doing both.” Ryan reached up with small, soft hands and gently cupped Blake’s stubbled cheeks. “Of course, big guy! I’ll be in there in a minute.”

Blake grinned. “Okay, the matches are in the little wicker chest by the fireplace. There’s wood and newspaper off to the side of it. If you need any help, let me know.” He walked toward the direction of the kitchen.

Damn, that man had a fine ass.

It wasn’t long before Ryan had a cheerful fire burning in the fireplace. Ryan glanced around and noticed an old quilt beside the couch. He grabbed it, and spread it carefully in front of the fireplace, with hopes of snuggling in front of it later. He smiled to himself as he then joined Blake in the kitchen.

Blake’s kitchen was any cook’s wet dream. Equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space, Ryan knew he could bake in this kitchen for days and die a happy man.

Blake was in the middle of shredding some cheese, and it looked like he had several chicken breasts boiling in a Dutch oven.

“How can I help you?” Ryan asked, walking behind Blake and wrapping his arms around his waist. Blake glanced behind him and patted Ryan’s hand affectionately. “If you want, you can set the table. The plates are in the cabinets to the left, and the silverware is in the drawer beside the sink.”

“Okay.” Ryan reluctantly pulled away from Blake and started setting the kitchen table. As both men worked together, they talked about their days, the atmosphere remaining cheerful and upbeat.

Before long, Blake had a big pot of chicken spaghetti finished, and they were sitting at the kitchen table with a heaping helping on each of their plates. They ate the delicious meal with gusto, and they frequently touched as they talked, laughed, and enjoyed their meal together.

After finishing they started gathering the dishes together and cleaning up. Ryan grabbed the salt and pepper shakers off of the table and walked over to Blake, standing at the sink rinsing off one of the plates to put in the open dishwasher beside him. He set the shakers down, reached up, and slid his fingers through Blake’s soft black hair. “I noticed you haven’t decorated your tree yet,” he stated as his fingers traveled from Blake’s silky hair down his back and began to rub gently in between his shoulders. Blake seemed to melt under Ryan’s loving touch; he shut the water off, grabbed a hand towel and looked at Ryan’s questioning face. “I just bought it today. I wasn’t going to get one this year, since I’ve been busy and it’s just me, but the thought of you being here without one just felt wrong. I really wasn’t in the Christmas mood until I met you.”

Ryan beamed up at this gorgeous man who had come to mean so much to him in such a short time. He stood on his tiptoes to bring their lips together in a soft kiss. Blake groaned, and practically lifted Ryan off of his feet as he wrapped his arms around the smaller man, pulling him close. As the kiss deepened with lips and tongues exploring one another, they held onto each other tightly as if afraid to let each other go. Ryan whimpered as he wrapped his legs around the larger man’s waist and rubbed his hardening cock suggestively against him. He felt more than heard Blake moan against his mouth, felt Blake’s strong hands caress his ass as he lifted him up, and they started rubbing their cocks together in a slow arousing motion.
