"I want to do more than to touch you, baby." I bit my lip. It wasn't the time to hold back anymore.

"Do you want to do me, Mr. Scott." She walked so close that I could feel her heat over my skin and her breasts were mere inches away from brushing my chest. "What do you have in your mind? Speak up," she said in a seductive voice.

I reached out and pulled her closer by her waist. Her breasts pressed on my chest, her mouth so close to me that I could feel her breath on my cheeks and her soft stomach touching my hardness. "I want to fuck you hard, Miss Jordan," I groaned. "In so many ways you can't even imagine."

"Then why don't you try a few today?" She rocked her hips forward, grinding around me, making me forget every last bit of resistance left in me.

I couldn't control it anymore. I crushed my lips against her, swirling my tongue through her mouth. She tasted heavenly, like a mix of whiskey and coke and a salty, sweet taste that was all woman, all Nikki, and more intoxicating than any alcohol I’d found in my whole life.

Her kiss was so addictive that I wanted to taste her complete body and explore if she tasted same everywhere, to check if the rest of her skin was as addictive as her mouth.

"Tristan."She moaned my name, while her fingers twined through my long hair, releasing my band and letting it lose over my shoulder.

"Yes, Nikki," I said as I shifted my attention to her breasts, cupping one in my hand as I tasted the flesh on the other.

Her breasts were beauty I couldn't get enough of. I couldn't even remember touching them last time; they smelled like a beautiful rose I couldn't inhale completely, but I wanted to smell it for the rest of the night.

My cock pulsed as she arched over me. I continued sucking her nipples until her breath came faster and moans escaping from the back of her throat began to sound more pained and pleasured. Only after that did I bring my mouth back to kiss her passionately again while my palm ran down her stomach, over the curls between her legs, to push a finger inside her.

"Nikki," I said, as I felt the wetness inside her, though we were chest deep in the pool, showing me exactly how ready she was for the encounter.

"Yes." She dug her fingers into my shoulder."Now, Tristan, now."

I quickly pushed my boxers down and lifted her without a word.

Her legs parted, wrapping around my hips with a desperation that matched my own. Soon she was rocking into me, I felt her core pressing against the head of my enlarged erection and then a moment later, she shifted, driving her hips down until I was completely encased in her tight , wet heat.

"Ah, my God," she moaned in pleasure.

My arms tightened around her hips, like I wasn't getting her close enough. I pulled her deeper onto mine.

"Oh, God, Tristan," she cried in pleasure, giving me more reasons to pull her closer. "You feel so…" she moaned again as I rocked her and pulled her even closer."So good."She bit my ear.

"You too, Nikki," I groaned, "I didn't think…"

"And I don't want to think," she said, biting my shoulder this time and circled her hips, grinding against me.

I waited for a bit and let her set the pace, matching her thrust for thrust, until we established a slow, sensuous rhythm that mimicked the waves of the water around us.

Nikki moved her mouth on mine, resulting in a gentle and sensual kiss that rocked our senses.

It wasn't long before Nikki moaned in my mouth and pulled away from our kiss with a ragged breath. Her head fell back, her features contorting with pleasure as she neared the edge.

She looked even more beautiful like this, wild, her face flowing with pleasure. It was too much for me to handle now.

I circled my hips faster, building the desire inside me, nearing the breaking point when Nikki dug her nails into my shoulders and came with a soft cry. Her body started gripping my cock in waves, threatening to send me over the edge along with her, but I fought with all my willpower to wait to come until Nikki was done with her orgasms.

I tried to pull myself away from her before I could come, but she stopped me.

"I told you last time, I'm protected," she whispered.

I couldn't wait anymore; I pulled her closer ,increased my speed and gave it my all with sharp jerks.

I hugged her tightly as I relaxed from my own joy.

After that, we relaxed awhile by the side of the pool and crawled under a sheet for the rest of the night.

Nikki

“What are your plans for this evening?” he asked me while I stretched my arms with the first rays of morning sun.

“Not much. Maybe train myself—and I meant real training, not this.” I smiled back at him; looking at his bare chest flooded my mind with memories of last night.

“I’m going to a club opening. Mind if I take you?”

Carrie’s words flashed in front of my eyes,
Focus on your goal, Nikki. You don’t have time for this.
“I think we are clear on this one. No emotional attachment. I just want to focus on the training.”

His face turned blank.”That’s fine. I just asked as a friend. Never mind. I’ll ask Trisha, maybe.”

My heart felt a little twitch. This Trisha was coming in between us a lot. But I couldn’t say that to him. I wanted to go with him, but I just couldn’t do it for my Stephen.

“That’s fine. Are you okay to start training from tomorrow?”

“Tomorrow looks fine. Come prepared,” he said.

Chapter 4

Nikki

I walked out of my elevator, dejected by my own emotions. And suddenly, I was pushed hard, my skull banging on the . “Visiting Stephen, huh? And in your own car? Not a smart move, Nikki.” Chase’s thick, hairy hand pressed on my neck, choking my throat; I was gasping for breath in no time.

“Chas...”A humming voice came out of my throat. I couldn’t breathe. I felt like it was the end for me.

“What?” he asked in fury.

“I ca...n’t...breathe.” It took a whole lot of energy to say those three words.

He released me after a long second, which seemed like an eternity without breath.

I fell down on my knees, breathing hard and loud, like only a few ounces of oxygen were remaining and if I didn’t breathe it would just vanish.

I held my throat; it was throbbing, “You jerk. Did you just try to kill me?” I screamed with watery eyes. “I’ll tell Dad and then see what he will do with you.” Dad and I didn’t get along very well, but I was his daughter and he cared for me. At least, I thought so.

“If I tell him about your visit to Cherry Street, think what he will do with you. And you can forget about Stephen. He’ll be out of the country in no time. It’s just a matter of one word to the boss and you will burn in the flames of your own hatred.” He smiled wickedly.

The room swirled in front of my eyes. He was right; if my dad found out that I knew Stephen’s hiding place, he would send him away, far away so that I wouldn’t be able to reach him. And Chase was wicked enough to tell him. Panic ran through every vein of my body, making my body prickle in fear.

I held his hand, “Please don’t do this to me.” I bowed in fear; just the thought of being away from Stephen freaked me out. I wasn’t his boss’s daughter anymore. I was just a woman afraid of losing her only child.

“I will if you don’t listen to me.” He grinned, flashing his semi-black teeth.

“What do you want?” A chill ran through my legs to my core. His need could be anything, “Money? I can give you that.”

“No, it’s not money.” His finger ran over my shoulder to my neck and then to my lips. “I’ll tell you soon.” He grabbed a handful of my hair, bent down on his knees and smelled it.“Holy geez, you smell so sweet, like a French queen.” He grabbed my chin in his large hand.“And if you dare tell your dad, I’ll kill your son and then you.” His eyes were throwing flames.

My spine ached as I saw the shades of lust in his eyes. I knew he meant what he said.

He lightly slapped my cheek and walked away. I broke down; I had nowhere to go, but to give to Chase’s needs.

***

Chase was running behind me. I was wearing a top and nothing below. I was running for my life, holding Stephen to my heart, but Chase was closing in. My heart was on the verge of breaking down; my lungs were pushed to their limits. Fear occupied every cell of my body. Everything was blurry in front of my eyes, and water was rolling over my cheeks constantly.

And I stumbled over a stone. The inevitable happened, Chase grabbed me and Stephen. He pulled Stephen away and then took out a gun and put it on Stephen’s forehead.

“NO...” I screamed in fear.

The sound of shattered glass echoed in the room and was followed by Carrie’s voice. “Hey, what happened? Are you all right, dear?” Carrie was standing at my head, holding my shoulder. Yes, she was still there from the afternoon. When Chase threatened, me I called her for company. I couldn't tell her what happened, but I just wanted her there with me. And somehow, I’d slept while watching a movie.

Carrie was still holding my head. I was dripping in sweat. My breath was elevated to the limit, my chest was pumping like a bird’s wings. “I saw Stephen...” I face-palmed and broke down in tears. I just couldn’t face it.

“Cool down, Nikki. Stephen is all right. It was just a nightmare. Calm down.” Carrie moved her hand over my back to console me. I wanted to tell her about Chase, but there was no use. I had to bury the fear inside and walk down the path Chase had chosen for me. I really had no choice.

Why is this happening to me?

It took me almost half an hour to relax. Carrie stood there, trying to cheer me up with words.

“Relax, Nikki. You’re freaking out for nothing. Stephen is all right. It was just a nightmare. And look, you are on the route to get him back. Just a few more days and Tristan will do anything for you,” she said, “And now let me clean the mess you just made.” She bent down to pick something up.

I looked down; a glass was shattered on the ground, red wine was flowing out of the half-broken glass. My life was about to become like the wine in the glass, flowing in the every direction.

How could I tell you, Carrie, that this is not a nightmare. It’s different.
I just couldn’t tell her that it was more than a nightmare. It was a reality striking in closer, a wound that would never heal, a knife stabbed in my heart which I would have to live with for rest of my life.

“Let’s get out of here. I think you need a change. Let’s go and waste your dad’s money.” She giggled.

I tried to return the smile, but I couldn’t. “I don’t think I can.” I relaxed on the pillow.

“Please, don’t do that. You need a change.” She held my shoulder and pulled me up. "Let's go.”

I was reluctant, but I decided to tag along with her. I needed a change from the thoughts of Chase. I’d lost all my hope from the morning, and even the training with Tristan looked futile now.

“What are you thinking, Nikki? Get ready fast.” Carrie said.

I changed into the first thing I found. It was a white tank top, and I tossed it over my torso without even looking at it.

“Why are you acting so slow? Are you still under that nightmare effect?” She came closer and pointed out that I was wearing the top inside out.

“No, not dull, but not motivated, either.” Chase’s warning was circling in my mind again and again. I felt like I would puke.
What should I do? What choice did I have other than giving up?

“I’ll make you feel better. Let’s go and have some fun.” She giggled and dragged me outside after taking the keys to my car. “I’ll drive today.”

“Okay.” I sounded even duller. I wasn’t sure what she was going to do, but nothing would have cheered me up besides than seeing Stephen.

She drove the car for almost half an hour. I didn’t ask her where were we going nor look outside of the window. For me, the day was ruined to its limit and there was nothing she could have done to make it better.

“It’s party time,” Carrie screamed as she parked the car somewhere.

“What party?” I woke up from my daze. I looked outside for the first time since we’d gotten in the car. We were in a beach parking lot and if I wasn’t mistaken, it was Jones Beach, the longest beach in New York, but very crowded in the evening.

“Why are we here?” I asked. The shouts of the crowd were already annoying me.

“To party.” I looked at her; she was wearing a blouse and a blue skirt. She was wearing a perfect beach party outfit.

“When did you change?” I didn’t remember seeing her changing.

“I didn’t, I just removed the clothes over these.” She looked at the back of the car. Her top and skirt were laying at the back.
What the hell, I didn’t even notice that she removed her clothes in the car.

“Let’s go now.” She unlocked the doors and dangled one leg outside.

“I don’t want to.” Something dull and aching occupied my core. I just didn’t want to get out of the car. I preferred staying inside, looking at horizon.

“No, you are not bailing out now.”

“Hey, babe.” Someone knocked on the car door. It was Jerry, Carrie’s boyfriend.

“Hey, sweetie.” She jumped outside and hugged him tightly, “I missed you so much, babe.” She locked lips with him in an instant.

I remembered Jerome, but we’d never had much between us. But still he was there with me. Looking at my life now gives me nothing but emptiness. Suddenly, I felt empty, like my life had been sucked out in a vacuum and only my body remained there, empty. In spite of Chase’s threat, I missed someone beside me. I was alone, hopeless and helpless as well. I had no one to care or to be cared by.

And then I felt really bad for Tristan. He was surely trying to get my attention, but I just avoided him and used him for my own purpose. Sleeping with him was no more than a plan for me and I thought that I would just stay away from him and make him do things my way. But after sleeping with him twice, now I could see how and why it was difficult to do so.

Tristan was a nice person on the inside, and outside as well. In return, I was acting evil to him, tormenting his feelings. He never said anything to me about his feelings for me, but when he looked at me, his eyes spoke every word.
Am I really that evil? Why am I using him like this?
My head started aching; the thoughts were killing me. I needed some relief and the party on the beach wasn’t going to give me that. I felt the emptiness crawling under my skin; I felt like crying.
Am I so alone that nobody would care if I died?

Suddenly, I couldn’t stay there any longer. I needed to go somewhere else, away from all the shouting and crowds.
Alone and empty.
Carrie was already out and the car key was sitting on the dashboard. I took it out of parking lot and drove away from the beach.
Where should I go?
Home was an option, but nobody was there waiting for me, and maybe Chase would come back.
What if Chase is there and he ask I fulfill his demands today?
No, I couldn’t just walk into a trap. Stephen was locked away, Dad was busy in his usual business, Chase wanted to eat me alive, Carrie was busy with her boyfriend.
Who else did I have in my life?

“Tristan Scott,” I muttered. I was afraid to go to his place, but I had nowhere to go. I pushed my foot on the gas and drove to his house. I didn’t know why I was going to his place; maybe when you lose all your hope and you don’t have anywhere to go, you chose the most bizarre option. His house was locked; he must have been out for his club opening. But I knew how to get in his house; I got in from the exercise room window and crawled into his bed.

Tristan

I had returned from the club opening when I saw Nikki’s car parked outside my home. Wh
at is she doing here? She said no to meeting me tonight
. Surprised, I entered my house. No lights were turned on.
Where is she?
I looked in the exercise room, by the pool; she was nowhere. I even checked inside the water in fear, but the water was clean and clear. Finally, I reached my bedroom and I heard her.

“Why am I so alone?” She was talking to herself.

“Why are you saying that?”

“Why am I so alone?” She was sobbing this time.

I stepped closer; her eyes were closed, but she was still talking.
She must be talking in her sleep
.
What is she doing here?
I touched her forehead; it was burning. She had a fever and talking in it.

“Oh, baby, what happened to you?” I muttered and lift her in my arms. She was burning up and she needed help. I took her out and then in my car. A 24 hour urgent care clinic was nearby.
