Chapter
Two: Goldie Taylor

I got home from dropping Matikah off, and I will admit I was a bit bummed. I didn’t even talk to Britain, I just sat there staring at him like a fool. He was so much better looking up close, and I wanted to just jump on him. Too bad he had a bitch sucking him off right in the open like a for real hoe. Some bitches really had no self-respect at all!

As I approached my apartment building, I saw my ex-boyfriend, Ethan, leaning up against the wall smiling at me. I rolled my eyes because I was not in the mood for this shit. My night was already ruined, and his nutty ass was just gonna make it worse.

“Damn shorty, you look good. Where was you?” he asked and stood behind me as I unlocked my door.

Ethan was very handsome. He had smooth dark skin, dreads, and always dressed nice. You will learn I have a thing for men with dreads, hence my interest in Britain’s fine ass. Although Ethan was good looking, he was no Britain for sure.

“You know where I was Ethan, I was where everyone else was tonight.”

“Oh, at that Quinton party? You better not had been letting niggas feel all on you.”

“Oh, now you care about other niggas being in my face? I could’ve sworn you begged me to be in an open relationship when we were together.”

“True, but I was still your nigga so it was different.” He followed me into the house.

Ethan and I met four years ago when I was seventeen years old. It was during the time when I was still living with my mom and under her strict rules. I barely got out, so when I met bad boy Ethan, I was hooked. He had me sneaking out and missing bible class just to be with him. I thought I was in love, especially because we’d been together for two years. Once we hit that two-year mark though, he came to me with that open relationship shit. He only requested it after I’d found out that he’d been cheating on me with every Sarah, Jane, and Mary in the city of Boston. Because I was dumb and in love, I agreed to the shit, but was miserable the whole time.

About five months into our ‘open relationship’ I broke it off with him, and had been having a hard time staying strong. Thank God for my best friends, Kimberlyn and Matikah, because without them, I may have reverted. They kept me busy by always hanging out with me, even when I would try to cure my broken heart by going to chill with random niggas. I never fucked them because I just couldn’t do it, but it did ruin my reputation a little since I was seen going to their houses and chilling with them. Anyway, here we are two years later, and Ethan is still on my bumper.

I will admit, I did let him fuck me a couple times over the years we’d been broken up, but it was just because I was horny and didn’t want some random smashing me. I cut that off about eight months ago though, so now he was buggin’.

“What do you want, Ethan? I’m ready to go to bed.”

“I want you. I came to talk. I’m twenty-five now, and I wanna settle down,” he pleaded, before moving his dreads from his face.

I stared into his eyes before bursting into a fit of laughter. This nigga had to be fuckin’ kidding me. There was no way I would ever believe a word that came from those lips of his.

“I’m serious!” he barked, obviously offended by me taking him for a joke.

“Boy, you must’ve been at the party drinking, and a lot, if you think I’m gonna be convinced of these lies you tell.” I plopped down on the couch next to him and removed my heels.

“Let me prove it to you, Goldie. I swear I’m serious.” He dropped down to the floor in front of me. “I really have been doing some thinking, and I realized that you were everything I wanted. I was just childish and didn’t realize the goddess I had in front of me.”

“Ethan—”

“You don’t love me?”

“Yes, but—”

“Aight then. Give me a little trial run, ma. I swear you won’t regret it. You know a nigga always loved you, I was just too young to handle my shit like a man, G.”

He was pecking my exposed thighs as he stared up into my eyes, silently pleading for me to give him another chance. Truthfully, I missed being in a relationship, and sometimes I did find myself begrudgingly yearning for his no good ass. I mean how harmful could it be for me to give him a trial run? Fuck that, I knew it would hurt me like crazy, but I still had love for him. I didn’t wanna miss out on what we could build together if he in fact had changed.

“Okay, but this is just a trial, Ethan, you better not fuck me over,” I threatened as he pulled on my panties.

Once they were off, he pressed his face between my legs and began sucking on my clit gently. Damn, I forgot how good he was at giving head. I spread my legs wider for him, and let him go to town on me with his mouth. He was sucking and lapping up my juices like a dog that hadn’t drank water in years. My fresh acrylic scraped against the couch as I cried out in pleasure.

“Baby, I missed you,” I whined as I gripped his dreads into my hand. “Ahhh, fuck.” I released and he cleaned me up with his tongue. He stood up to unbuckle his jeans, but I stopped him. “Thanks, but I’m tired now.” I pushed him towards the door as he protested and stumbled back.

“For real, Goldie?” he hissed once he was outside.

“For real, and your trial just started so be good.”

And with that, I slammed the door and headed to the back to take a hot bubble bath. At least my night ended with a good ass nut.

Chapter
Two: Kimberlyn

Yes, that same night…it ain’t over yet…

I woke up in the middle of the night with a full bladder. TQ was behind me, hugging me tightly in his arms. I couldn’t believe all that had transpired the night before, or early this morning. I went to the party expecting to chill with my crush, Gang, and ended up leaving with a nigga like TQ. I never would’ve thought in a million years that someone like him would be interested in me. I was still waiting to wake up from this dream. I couldn’t say that I wasn’t happy about it though.

I moved from his embrace, and then padded to my purse. I took my iPhone out and saw I had some texts from Goldie, my grandmother, and Matikah. I took my phone with me, and then went in search of the bathroom. Once I found it, I went in, closed the door, and sat down on the toilet to pee and text.

Gran: Where are you?

Me: A friend’s house, will be home tomorrow.

Goldie: I’m so mad at you. Don’t be dumb, Beri.

Matikah: Goldie is a hater because she didn’t bag Britain, lol. Goodnight and keep your legs closed hoe.

I chuckled at Matikah’s text, and then set my phone on the sink. I wiped myself, flushed, and then pulled my panties up before washing my hands. Grabbing my phone, I padded back to the bedroom, and climbed into bed with TQ. He was even fine when he slept. I’d never seen a man that attractive up close before.

I laid down facing him, and just stared for a little bit. I could feel the air he exhaled from his nose, which tickled mine. I was very attracted to him, but I wasn’t sure if I was ready to entertain someone like him. He was a criminal, and not some little petty thief who robbed liquor stores or snatched purses, he was a for real Al Capone type. Gang was no small time crook either, but I could tell he and TQ were worlds apart.

I always thought I would marry a teacher or something simple, yet here I was in the bed of a notorious ruffian. Scared was an understatement.

I caressed his bearded cheek and then kissed his lips. I just needed to calm down; nothing was set in stone. I hadn’t even been on a date with him. Then again, I could see the seriousness in his eyes when he told me I was his. My grandfather, when he was alive, told me it takes a man only one hour to recognize the woman he wants for life, but it can take women years. Maybe he was right.

I pushed my half naked body into his, and he woke up just a little to hug me back. His strong arms felt so good wrapped around my body. I could stay in this position forever. I was glad he woke up too, because I wanted to talk to him. I was becoming attached already.

“Are we really going on a date?” I asked lowly.

He kissed me and nodded his head slowly, obviously still tired.

“I don’t take women on dates, but I will give you what you want.”

“You don’t wanna take me on a date?”

“I do, but I don’t feel it’s necessary in order to sleep with you. But the little things mean the most to women so I understand why you want me to take you out.”

“I would feel like a hoe if I let you before we went on
one
date.”

He burst into laughter and said, “Shorty, it takes a little bit more than that to be a hoe. But trust me, if I only wanted to smash I would’ve sent your ass home when you stopped me from kissing you.”

I chuckled and kissed him again.

“You don’t even know me.”

“But I want to. I wanna know you in a couple of different ways.” He hugged me even closer into his body. I felt his six-pack prodding me.

“Would you still be interested if I hadn’t come to your condo tonight?”

“Yeah, I would. Men don’t think the same as women, shorty. You guys base being a hoe or being easy on different criteria, somewhat. A woman with a ninety-day rule is not a saint, just like a woman who sleeps with a man the first night isn’t technically a hoe. I know plenty of bitches getting fucked by every damn body, but have a ninety-day rule. All a nigga is gonna do is wait the three months, fuck, and then chuck the deuces. Life is too important and precious to be taken so seriously. Feelings and time have nothing to do with one another.”

“I don’t know if you’re smart or if you’re just trying to sleep with me.” We laughed in unison.

“Both, shorty. I’m a man so I’m always gonna wanna fuck you whenever I’m around you. All you should worry about are my actions
after
I fuck you.”

“What will that be?”

“Well with the way you’re holding out on me, right after I fuck you I will most likely fuck you again and again.” We both chuckled.

“Do you know how to make love?”

“Of course.”

“That’s how I want it the first time.”

“I got you. I’m a man of many talents.”

“I guess I should go to sleep, I have to wake up and go home tomorrow.”

“After I take you to breakfast, aight?”

“Okay.”

Our lips met and we began kissing hungrily. His hand made its way to one of my breasts, and he began toying with my nipples. My clit throbbed, letting me know I wanted to have sex, but I couldn’t. I’ve waited all this time and I refused to just carelessly give myself up, virgin or not.

“Watch when I get my hands on you,” he whispered and sucked my lips.

“Can I ask you a favor?” I pulled from our kiss.

“Anything.”

“Don’t do all of this just to hurt my feelings in the end.”

***

I woke up the next morning and I could faintly hear TQ talking to someone in the living room. I placed my hands over my eyes, and took a deep breath before peeling the covers off of my body.
I’m gonna miss this bed and these bomb ass pillows
. Last night still seemed like a mirage.

I sat up and then walked over to the little couch in his room to pull my shirt over my head. He had the air conditioner on, and it was freezing cold. After slipping my pants past my hips, I sat down to fasten the buckle of my sandal stilettos around my ankles.

“You ready?” TQ finally walked into the room. He was wearing black basketball shorts, black socks, black Nike slide-ins, and a black t-shirt. The tattoos on his arms were showing, making him look so rugged. He wore a couple of small chains that I knew he never took off because he’d slept in them. A watch was on one wrist, and a bracelet was on the other.

“Umm, I have to go home and clean up before we go to breakfast.”

“About that, Kimberlyn, I have some business to take care of, but I promise tonight I will come get you for dinner,” he smiled and I realized he had one dimple.

“Sure,” I nodded. I knew he was lying. Because I hadn’t had sex with him last night, he was over me. I was just happy that I didn’t let the way I was feeling get the best of me, because I would be feeling stupid right now. “Actually, I have somewhere to be tonight, TQ, so there is no need for you to come back tonight. Maybe some other time.” I grabbed my purse and slipped past him out of the room.

He walked into the living room and pulled his black hat down on his head before chuckling. I stood still by the door, staring up at the ceiling, waiting for him to let me know he was ready.

“Aye ma, I for real have some shit to do. I’m gonna pick your little mean ass up tonight, and you better be ready no later than 8:15pm, aight?”

“I will have to check my schedule.”

“Nah, your ass better be ready.”

“And if I’m not?”

He grabbed two bottles of orange juice from his stainless steel fridge, twisted the cap off and drank some out of one before saying, “You will be.”

Walking closer to me, he handed me the other juice, and I snatched it before pulling his door open. I wanted to go on this date with his fine ass, but I had to stand my ground. I was no idiot, and if he thought he could just push our breakfast date to the side, he was sadly mistaken.

The whole ride home I didn’t say anything unless giving him a direction. I just stared out of the window at my city. TQ played his music loudly, and then cracked the windows before lighting a blunt. Even though the smell of the weed was strong, his Armani cologne still overpowered it, making me wet between the legs.

“Thanks,” I said once he pulled onto Seaver Street and in front of my grandmother’s big white, but dingy house.

“Kimberlyn, don’t fuck with me, shorty. Two things I don’t like being fucked with and that’s my time and my money. If I come here at 8:15pm and your ass is still on this bullshit, wasting my time, we’re gonna have a problem.”

“Yeah, yeah, yeah,” I waved him off and slammed his car door.

I looked back at him, and his passenger side window was all the way down. He had the biggest smile on his face, which in turn made me smile. Yeah, I was going on this date. I’d be a fool not to.
